Richard launched his career as a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2003 while completing his bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University. From the start, he discovered a deep passion for helping clients achieve their dream of home ownership. His dedication quickly set him apart as a top producer, earning him a reputation as a trusted advisor nationwide. After a successful tenure at JPMorgan Chase, Richard joined Mortgage Professionals of America, seeking to offer his clients a wider range of residential and commercial loan options. Over his career, he has assisted more than 2,000 homeowners, producing over $500 million in mortgage volume.
When he's not working, you might catch Richard at an Arizona Diamondbacks game or enjoying a round of golf at a local course. On weekends, he enjoys attending church with his family and dining at the best Mexican food restaurant in the valley, Ajo Al’s. Richard and his wife are blessed with two wonderful children, who love spending time together playing sports, camping in Northern Arizona and taking long road trips.
Richard proudly serves clients in the entire state of Arizona, specializing in mortgage pre-approvals, jumbo loans, Veteran’s affairs loans (VA), Federal Housing Administration loans (FHA), conventional mortgages as well as non-prime loans. He is also an expert in lending solutions built for self-employed, investor, and foreign national borrowers.
