Richard began his career as a Mortgage Loan Officer while finishing up his bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University in 2003. He learned early on while working as a Loan Officer that he had a true passion for helping his customers realize their dream of home ownership. Being a top producer, Richard quickly became a trusted advisor for customers living all over the nation. After many successful years at JPMorgan Chase, Richard joined an independent mortgage firm in order to better serve his clients with a more affordable and diverse portfolio of home loan products. Throughout his career, Richard has helped over 2,000 homeowners with their mortgage loans, totaling over 500 million dollars in total volume.
When he is not busy working, you may see him at a music festival, an Arizona Cardinals or Diamondbacks game, or playing a round on your local golf course. On the weekends, Richard enjoys attending church with his family and dining at the best Mexican food restaurant in the valley, Ajo Al’s. Richard and his wife are blessed with two amazing children, who love spending time together playing sports, swimming and barbecuing in their backyard, camping in Northern Arizona and taking long road trips down to the beaches in Mexico.
Richard proudly serves clients in the entire state of Arizona, specializing in mortgage pre-approvals, jumbo loans, Veteran’s affairs loans (VA), Federal Housing Administration loans (FHA), conventional mortgages as well as non-prime loans. He is also an expert in lending solutions built for self-employed, investor, and foreign national borrowers.
